This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Oversee operations for designated Managed Knowledge Services projects as part of CCC’s suite of professional services.
• Work collaboratively across departments to fulfill client agreements, aiding renewal processes to guarantee timely contract renewals.
• Manage daily staff activities, including delivering performance feedback, planning for professional growth, and implementing retention strategies to cultivate a motivated and high-achieving team.
• Act as the primary contact for employee relations issues.
• Supervise recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and career development programs.
• Bachelor’s degree is mandatory; MLS/MLIS degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing position, managing client accounts and leading teams.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of developing, motivating, and retaining high-performing teams.
• Proven experience in managing and expanding client relationships within research or corporate libraries preferred; experience in the pharmaceutical field is an asset.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a collaborative setting.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
