• The Senior Manager of Learning Architecture is a key leadership role tasked with designing and expanding the organization's digital learning framework, AI-enhanced learning pathways, and ongoing capability development structures.
• This position operates independently under the guidance of the Director of Talent Management, collaborating with business leaders to synchronize dynamic skills forecasting with tailored employee development processes.
• The Senior Manager is responsible for the continuous enhancement of learning technologies and analytics, accelerating employee time-to-proficiency and ensuring that learning outcomes are aligned with strategic business objectives.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CPTD, SHRM-SCP) are preferred.
• 8-10 years of progressive experience in corporate learning and development, instructional design, or talent development, including experience in mentoring peers or leading teams. Proven experience in utilizing modern digital talent stacks and deploying AI-driven learning tools.
• Learning Technology & AI Integration: Exhibits advanced skills in constructing and managing modern enterprise digital talent stacks and Generative AI applications; utilizes emerging technologies to automate processes and scale personalized learning experiences.
• Adult Learning & Cognitive Fluency: Shows profound expertise in adult learning theory and behavioral psychology; applies principles of cognitive science to create impactful, retention-oriented learning pathways.
• Data-Driven Strategic Alignment: Proficient in converting executive KPIs and operational metrics into focused learning interventions; develops real-time performance dashboards to monitor capability growth and business impact.
• Strategic Stakeholder Influence: Able to forge strong consultative partnerships across all management levels; effectively challenges traditional paradigms to align capability frameworks with organizational goals.
• Autonomous Program Governance: Exhibits a high degree of initiative and independence in overseeing complex, simultaneous learning projects; defines project scope, prioritizes resources, and drives initiatives from conception to execution.
