• Lead and manage a portfolio of intricate IT projects and programs from initiation to completion.
• Act as the program lead for large-scale, enterprise-wide initiatives that have a significant impact on the business.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, timelines, milestones, and success criteria.
• Ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within the defined scope, and adhering to the budget.
• Promote disciplined project execution utilizing Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource limitations.
• Implement mitigation strategies and ensure proactive approaches to problem-solving.
• Establish and maintain project plans, status reports, and documentation.
• Partner with senior business and technology leaders to ensure alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
• Facilitate governance forums, steering committees, and project evaluations.
• Manage expectations and foster accountability across cross-functional teams.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project managers and team members as applicable.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, collaboration, and ongoing improvement.
• Assist in resource planning and capacity management across various projects.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, forecasts, and financial tracking.
• Ensure efficient resource allocation amidst competing priorities.
• Provide transparency in project financials and performance metrics.
• Advocate for best practices, standards, and tools in project management.
• Contribute to the advancement of project governance and delivery frameworks.
• Drive continuous enhancements in delivery processes and results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Over 10 years of experience in IT project/program management.
• At least 5 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Demonstrated success in delivering technology projects in a matrixed, stakeholder-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid).
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience within a law firm or professional services setting.
• PMP, PgMP, Agile (Scrum/SAFe), or similar certification is preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems (e.g., document management, finance, HR, CRM platforms).
