This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Taking ownership of the automation product roadmap by aligning priorities with business value, ROI, user impact, and scalability.
• Guaranteeing that solutions are user-centric across branch, operations, risk, and digital teams.
• Promoting reuse across various use cases and business units to minimize bespoke builds.
• Supervising the design, development, testing, and deployment of reliable, scalable, and production-ready automation solutions.
• Ensuring that solutions are integrated into enterprise systems and workflows.
• Setting standards for monitoring, observability, incident management, and operational support.
• Defining and implementing an enterprise automation strategy that aligns with AI CoE priorities, incorporating AI/ML and GenAI capabilities into automated workflows.
• Connecting Automation, Applied ML, and GenAI pods to provide end-to-end, production-ready solutions.
• Offering technical leadership for the Intelligent Automation pod and its team.
• Developing reusable automation and orchestration patterns, which include workflow automation, system integration, and AI + automation orchestration.
• Ensuring alignment of delivery with Azure, Databricks, enterprise architecture, and core systems such as T24 and CRM.
• Leading vendor and platform oversight across automation and AI platforms, including UiPath, Power Automate, and the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Confirming that solutions are cost-effective, scalable, and aligned with long-term platform strategy.
• Assessing emerging tools and agentic AI capabilities for fit within the enterprise.
• Making sure that automation solutions comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.
• Collaborating with Governance teams to integrate controls, auditability, and risk management into delivery.
• Leading and mentoring automation engineers and developers while encouraging innovation, accountability, and high-quality delivery.
• Acting as a business-facing orchestration leader by partnering with Product, Operations, Risk, and IT to align delivery with desired outcomes.
• Over 10 years of experience in automation, enterprise technology, or digital delivery, with a strong focus on RPA and workflow orchestration.
• Proven experience in integrating automation with AI/ML/GenAI solutions and achieving end-to-end production outcomes.
• A strong product-oriented mindset that includes roadmap ownership, value-driven prioritization, and user-centric design.
• Practical experience with APIs, enterprise integration, Azure architectures, CI/CD, monitoring, production support, and programming in Python, VB.NET, C#, and SQL.
• A solid understanding of governance, auditability, compliance, and risk considerations in automated and AI-driven processes.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills across both business and technology domains.
• Experience with workflow orchestration, queue management, and scheduling, particularly with tools such as UiPath Orchestrator.
• Certifications: Certified Professional Specialized AI Professional Certification; Certified Professional Automation Developer.
