• Integrated Campaign Strategy & Execution
• Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid platforms, ensuring cohesive messaging, creativity, and timing.
• Create campaign briefs that align channel owners, creative teams, and external partners around shared objectives and a unified narrative.
• Manage the marketing calendar, coordinating launches, promotions, and evergreen initiatives to ensure channels enhance rather than compete with one another.
• Supervise the photoshoot calendar and budget, maintaining lead times that align with the merchandising and marketing calendars while optimizing costs.
• Collaborate closely with merchandising and operations teams to grasp the positioning of new products and assist in shaping the product drop calendar.
• Set and monitor KPIs across campaigns; synthesize cross-channel performance into actionable insights and recommendations for leadership.
• Advocate for brand consistency across all customer interactions, from top-of-funnel awareness to post-purchase communications.
• Partnership Marketing
• Oversee marketing deliverables for brand partnerships, including co-branded campaigns, cross-promotional emails, social media placements, and photoshoot inclusions.
• Act as the primary liaison for partner marketing teams, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are fulfilled from both parties.
• Brief internal stakeholders and external partners on creative, copy, and campaign requirements.
• Monitor and report on partnership campaign performance; develop suggestions to strengthen high-performing relationships.
• Project & Workflow Management
• Manage and maintain the marketing project management system (Asana), developing templates, workflows, and processes that keep cross-channel content on schedule.
• Coordinate timelines and deliverables across channels, including email, SMS, paid media, social, and e-commerce.
• Conduct weekly creative and project reviews, identifying shifts in deadlines early and enabling agile responses if necessary.
• Document go-to-market strategies and translate them into tactical deliverables across all relevant teams (marketing, merchandising, operations).
• Work directly with leadership and founder stakeholders to convert high-level brand and business priorities into actionable marketing plans and timelines.
• Ensure marketing calendars reflect important merchandising moments, product storytelling priorities, and changing business needs.
• Email & SMS Marketing Strategy
• Provide strategic guidance for email and SMS initiatives, ensuring that lifecycle and promotional sends are integrated into the overarching campaign calendar.
• Supervise a channel specialist to uphold send schedules, segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Klaviyo is a plus but not mandatory.
• 5-7+ years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 2–3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role within a fashion, luxury, or lifestyle e-commerce brand.
• Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel campaigns that create cohesive brand experiences and measurable outcomes.
• Experience managing marketing deliverables for brand or retail partnerships.
• Exceptional project management abilities—thriving on bringing order to complexity and aligning cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Asana or a similar project management tool.
• Strong analytical mindset: Capable of synthesizing cross-channel data into clear performance narratives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
