Senior Manager, GTMA Analysis and Compliance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Guide and support a team of analysts with varying degrees of business analysis, domain expertise, data analysis, Salesforce administration, and Salesforce development skills, encompassing different levels of seniority and located globally.

• Develop vision, strategy, OKRs, and scalable operational frameworks, including best practices for the Analysis and Compliance team.

• Manage SOX controls and compliance as a product. Foster champions within the team and integrate them into the PDLC/SDLC cycle.

• Influence senior leadership regarding the standardization of the go-to-market (GTM) process and transformation strategy.

• Oversee vendor relationships and collaborate with external consultants when necessary.

• Lead organizational readiness for AI-driven GTM operations and automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of experience in Program Management, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Revenue Operations.

• At least 5 years with a strong emphasis on sales automation or sales technology.

• Minimum 5 years focused on people management.

• Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.

• Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset for problem-solving and decision-making.

• Capable of strategic thinking and translating complex or unclear concepts into actionable plans.

• Outstanding communication (both written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal abilities, adept at influencing and engaging stakeholders across all levels.

• Proficiency in sales automation tools and platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Conga, Sales Engagement Platforms like Outreach/Salesloft, etc.) is highly desirable. Experience in implementing or optimizing these systems is a significant advantage.

• Familiarity with productivity AI tools (such as NotebookLM, Gemini, Glean, Claude Cowork, etc.) and business/data analysis tools.
