
Senior Manager, Growth Operations – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and develop practical AI applications in areas such as segmentation, personalization, research, campaign development, and workflow automation.
• Take ownership of Clay for research purposes, enrichment, audience development, and tailored campaign activation.
• Evaluate AI tools and workflows, assess outcomes, and scale successful initiatives.
• Maintain, enhance, and optimize HubSpot following migration.
• Construct and improve lifecycle workflows, lead scoring, routing, nurture programs, and reporting.
• Oversee data flows and platform health, addressing any breakdowns that occur.
• Collaborate with Systems on Salesforce and work closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, and BDR on Apollo.
• Manage lead and data transitions between HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, and Apollo.
• Identify and rectify operational gaps that impact campaign speed and lead handoff.
• Uphold data quality, enrichment, segmentation, and governance standards.
• Enhance lead scoring, visibility of lead progression, pipeline contribution, and conversion rates.
• Establish feedback loops among Marketing, Sales, BDR, and Systems.
• Collaborate with the Director of Growth Marketing to convert priorities into technical and workflow requirements.
• Develop standards and documentation that support scalability across brands.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth operations, marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related domain.
• Proficient in HubSpot, with experience in workflows, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, routing, and reporting.
• Practical experience in applying AI or automation within marketing workflows.
• Background in collaborating with Sales, BDR, or Revenue Operations regarding lead handoff and routing.
• Capability to integrate strategic insights with practical execution.
• A strong point of view and a readiness to challenge existing assumptions.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to conduct root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Clay, Apollo, intent/enrichment data, or AI-driven marketing workflows is advantageous.
• Candidates must reside outside of Colorado, Connecticut, California, Maryland, Nevada, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington.
