This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the measurement strategy for paid and performance marketing, focusing on attribution and incrementality.
• Design and assess conversion and lift tests to accurately gauge true incremental ROI.
• Propel budget optimization across various channels and campaign strategies using marginal return analysis.
• Lead performance analytics efforts, encompassing search, social media, SEO, media, and lifecycle marketing.
• Discover growth opportunities through comprehensive analysis of channels, campaigns, and cohorts.
• Create attribution frameworks that balance rigor with operational ease.
• Deliver insights and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence.
• 7-10+ years of experience in growth analytics, marketing analytics, or data science in a digital-first or SaaS setting.
• Extensive expertise in marketing measurement, including incrementality testing, multi-touch attribution, and media mix modeling.
• Proven history of designing and interpreting A/B and lift tests on a large scale.
• Strong data visualization capabilities using standard tools or custom-coded applications.
• Exceptional communication skills—capable of translating complex analytical insights into clear, actionable narratives for non-technical audiences.
