This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Engages in the creation of global study strategic feasibility proposals in collaboration with regional strategic feasibility teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Acts as a feasibility point of contact for designated studies, programs, or workstreams and interacts cross-functionally.
• Encourages the consistent application of agreed-upon data, tools, templates, and processes across various regions.
• Delivers operational feasibility insights to guide study design considerations and enhancement discussions.
• Maintains a robust understanding of feasibility tools, technologies, databases, and platforms.
• Assists in modeling strategy options for the study utilizing pertinent internal and external data assets.
• Provides feasibility insights during strategic planning meetings, training sessions, study kick-off meetings, and ongoing study team discussions.
• Collaborates with Data Science & Operational Excellence, Clinical Systems & Innovation in the creation of feasibility tools, systems, and platforms.
• Identifies risk/mitigation strategies related to study feasibility or the recruitment and retention of participants.
• Conducts root cause analysis and suggests mitigation actions to resolve feasibility-related challenges.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific, medical, or healthcare field.
• At least 5+ years of combined experience in Feasibility, Clinical Trial Management, Personnel Management, and Operations Management.
• Demonstrated experience in analyzing and interpreting operational, competitive, epidemiological, site, and country-level data to support well-informed feasibility recommendations.
• Knowledge of principles guiding country and site identification, feasibility, study start-up, recruitment, and retention strategies.
• Proven ability to influence, forge relationships, and achieve outcomes with cross-functional stakeholders in a matrixed environment with competing priorities.
• Experience in contributing to study delivery strategies and tactical/operational plans that align with development, regulatory, and business goals.
• Experience in supporting project planning, timeline management, and budget tracking as applicable.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CTMS applications, EDC applications, analytic tools (e.g., Citeline, Trialtrove, etc.), and other feasibility software.
