Clinical Trial Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily clinical trial management activities, guiding your team to achieve high-quality results.

• Organize and supervise all elements of clinical trials, ensuring compliance with timelines, budget constraints, and quality benchmarks.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute clinical trial protocols and processes.

• Foster and maintain robust relationships with trial investigators and key stakeholders.

• Ensure all trials are executed in accordance with local, national, and international regulations and ethical standards.

• Address challenges and make pivotal decisions concerning trial design, vendor selection, and risk management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in medicine, science, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Proven ability to manage the clinical deliverables of a study effectively.

• Expertise in the specific therapeutic area assigned.

• Previous monitoring experience is advantageous.

• Openness to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
