This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Proactively shape commercialization strategies that enhance market planning initiatives for BeOne’s oncology portfolio.
• Design, implement, and oversee market research projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pinpoint critical business goals.
• Formulate and execute market research strategies.
• Analyze national audit data for market sizing and analog evaluations.
• Synthesize primary market research outcomes with other analytical insights.
• Develop and implement thorough communication strategies.
• Convey essential insights from multiple stakeholders to partners.
• Remain updated on emerging trends in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree (e.g., Master’s/MBA or Ph.D.) in Life Sciences, Marketing, or Business.
• Over 7 years of relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of progressive experience in consulting, market research, strategic analysis, and planning.
• Required experience in the US biotech or pharmaceutical marketplace.
• Preferred experience in oncology launch and/or pre-launch activities.
• Strong, hands-on knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Desired proficiency in forecast modeling and secondary data analysis.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities with the ability to convert data and insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven attention to detail and excellence in project management, including the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
• Strongly preferred experience in managing vendors and consultants.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
