Senior Manager, Global Business Strategy and Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Implement designated market intelligence workstreams, with a primary focus on the PD business.

• Conduct and integrate both primary and secondary research.

• Aid in the creation and upkeep of market models, revenue projections, and segmentation frameworks.

• Distill competitive intelligence into clear implications and initial recommendations.

• Assist in collaboration with Commercial and Marketing leaders.

• Prepare components and analytical inputs for high-level executive deliverables.

• Carry out change management activities and manage specific adoption tracks.

• Identify and highlight discrepancies between insights generated and actions implemented.

• Contribute to the creation of tools, templates, and communication strategies.

• Support initiatives aimed at building capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.

• 5-8+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, or analytics roles.

• Experience in working on cross-functional projects within fast-paced environments.

• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and presentation abilities.

• Excellent communication skills with the capability to synthesize complex information.
