Senior Manager – Gen AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Development and execution of AI-driven automation solutions, ensuring they align with business objectives.

• Design and implement Proof of Concepts (POCs) and Points of View (POVs) across various industry sectors, showcasing the capabilities of AI-enabled automation applications.

• Guarantee the smooth integration of optimized solutions into the overall product or system.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend requirements, integrate solutions into cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS, etc.), and ensure alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Educate the team on best practices and stay informed about the latest technological advancements to introduce innovative solutions to the project.

⛳️ Requirements

• 14+ years of relevant professional experience.

• Expertise in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.

• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, feature engineering, and model evaluation.

• Solid foundation in Deep Learning, Neural Networks, RNNs, CNNs, LSTMs, Transformers (BERT, GPT), and NLP.

• Experience with GenAI technologies — LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA), prompting, and fine-tuning.

• Familiarity with Lang Chain, Llama Index, Lang Graph, AutoGen, or Crew AI (Agentic Framework).

• Knowledge of retrieval augmented generation (RAG).

• Understanding of Knowledge Graph RAG.

• Experience in multi-agent orchestration, memory, and tool integrations.

• Experience in implementing MLOps practices and tools (CI/CD for ML, containerization, orchestration, model versioning, and reproducibility).

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for scalable ML model deployment.

• Good understanding of data pipelines, APIs, and distributed systems.

• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills in English for both technical and business audiences.

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.

• Capability to work under tight deadlines for multiple project deliveries.
