Senior Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Lead and facilitate the annual budgeting process, quarterly forecasts, and long-term planning for European business units.

• Develop and sustain comprehensive financial models to aid strategic initiatives, pricing strategies, and revenue analysis across diverse markets.

• Collaborate with operational and commercial leaders throughout Europe to assess trends in revenue, costs, margins, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Provide clear and insightful financial reporting on a monthly and quarterly basis to regional and senior leadership.

• Identify potential risks and opportunities within the European portfolio, offering recommendations to enhance financial performance.

• Assist in strategic planning through scenario modeling and profitability analysis at the regional level.

• Promote continuous improvement and automation within FP&A processes and reporting.

• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure precise reporting and insightful variance analysis.

• Mentor and nurture FP&A analysts, fostering a high-performing finance team.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls, governance, and corporate policies across various jurisdictions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.

• Over 8 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance roles.

• Strong proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.

• Advanced skills in Excel and familiarity with ERP/planning tools (e.g., Oracle).

• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across multiple countries.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the capability to simplify complex data.

• Experience in international or multi-country environments.

• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

• Experience in multi-site environments (e.g., logistics, transport, cash management, or security services) is a plus.

• Experience in a matrix organization is advantageous.
