Senior Manager, FP&A

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the company's forecasting models on a continual basis.

• Provide reports on monthly financial outcomes and forecasts.

• Create and refine reporting dashboards consistently.

• Deliver strategic financial insights and actionable recommendations.

• Collaborate with senior leaders across various sales channels and departments.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to collect input for annual budgeting and reforecasting processes.

• Develop business cases and perform financial analyses.

• Assess the financial implications and return on investment for strategic initiatives.

• Actively identify risks and opportunities.

• Strive for continuous improvement in financial planning processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–9 years of experience in Strategic Finance and/or FP&A.

• Outstanding financial modeling capabilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with NetSuite, Looker, or comparable ERP and BI tools.

• Proven experience utilizing AI and automation tools to enhance financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

• Ownership mentality and a track record of independently driving cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.

• Capacity to think strategically while navigating through ambiguity.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Proven capability to influence senior leaders through insightful analysis, sound judgment, and clear recommendations.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong prioritization skills.
