Associate, Finance and Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Monthly Business Review and OKR process, managing everything from model roll-forward to the meeting room.

• Develop and sustain financial models that aid in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic ad hoc decisions.

• Conduct variance analysis on Opex and ensure accountability within the business.

• Lead and implement cross-functional initiatives that significantly enhance profitability.

• Identify and refine key performance indicators that accurately reflect the business's performance.

• Create essential materials that are easy to update, ensuring that reporting improves in speed over time, rather than slowing down.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, or corporate finance.

• Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis.

• Exceptional at crafting clear and engaging presentations for varied audiences.

• Highly skilled in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Familiar with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.

• Knowledge of SQL along with R and/or Python experience (preferred).

• Demonstrates ownership of projects and drives them to successful completion.

• Challenges established norms and seeks innovative solutions.

• Shows a strong desire for learning and professional growth.

• Exhibits agility in problem-solving and prioritization.

• Communicates clearly and effectively with a range of stakeholders.
