This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Take responsibility for the accounting of a registered investment fund entity within a dual-listed public company.

• Collaborate closely with finance leadership in a streamlined, high-accountability setting.

• Cultivate expertise in IFRS, financial instruments, IFRS 9/ECL, and fund accounting.

• Acquire exposure to lending, payments, wealth management, treasury, and public company reporting.

• Assist in consolidations across various entities and business lines.

• Play a role in finance transformation, automation, and AI-driven workflows.

• Mentor a direct report while enhancing your own leadership skills.

• Completion or nearing completion of CPA designation.

• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience.

• Required experience with Big 4 or a national firm in public practice.

• Strong foundation in IFRS and financial reporting.

• Familiarity with financial instruments, IFRS 9, and ECL concepts.

• Comprehensive full-cycle accounting experience including closing, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.

• Experience in wealth management, asset management, or investment fund accounting is highly desirable.

• Proficient Excel skills and experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred).

• Ability to work independently and thrive in uncertain situations.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
