Financial Clearance Representative I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with insurance providers to confirm coverage and obtain financial approval for patient services.

• Act as the primary liaison among admissions, clinic personnel, billing departments, and healthcare providers.

• Assist in ensuring that patients receive financial clearance promptly, facilitating timely access to care.

• Maintain precise documentation regarding insurance verification and financial clearance processes.

• Work in partnership with various teams to address challenges and enhance workflow efficiency.

• Provide clear and supportive communication to both patients and colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of a High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma, along with at least one (1) year of full-time experience in pre-certifications and follow-up processes or a related area.

• High School diploma or High School Equivalency diploma and successful completion of a Patient Access Representative training program at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park).
