Senior Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Act as the financial advisor to VPs and C-suite executives, providing comprehensive financial analysis to aid in strategic planning.

• Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership.

• Create financial models, annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly projections to facilitate decision-making across the organization, guiding business partners and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial plans.

• Collaborate with business teams to offer recommendations and analyses that enhance revenue growth and improve profitability.

• Oversee the company’s P&L by evaluating financial and operational results, identifying areas for enhancement, and leading cost-optimization efforts.

• Formulate and execute financial policies and procedures to enhance forecasting and planning precision.

• Assist other FP&A leaders in crafting long-term strategies.

• Support and/or establish a cross-functional network within the organization to foresee and plan for adjustments related to revenue-generation strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in financial analysis.

• Proficient in advanced Excel skills.

• Experience in developing, maintaining, and presenting P&L results.

• Proven track record as a finance business partner to senior leadership.

• Experience in a consulting firm or public accounting is preferred.

• Experience in team management.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English to engage with all levels of management.
