Senior Manager – Finance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manages the financial reporting obligations on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.

• Responsible for creating long-term financial models that inform key business decisions, perform fair market value assessments, and provide guidance to lenders.

• Supports the annual budgeting and forecasting activities.

• Evaluates financial data to clarify variance causes, recognize trends, and highlight opportunities for performance enhancement.

• Works collaboratively with finance team members, managers, and platform CFOs to achieve overarching departmental objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline is preferred; CPA or MBA is also preferred.

• Over 6 years of relevant professional experience in similar roles.

• At least 2 years of experience in auditing is required.

• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Workday software is preferred.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools is essential.
