• Ensuring compliance with baseline metrics for all Service Level Agreements - KPI & CPI.
• Responsible for annual financial planning, monthly revenue forecasting, and managing all cost categories including headcount, compensation grids, capacity optimization, productivity targets, and utilization levels, while driving it through performance reviews and dashboards.
• Prepare and manage the Consolidated Financial Statements for the Group (including the UK, India, and other international subsidiaries).
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for the Leadership Team and Board.
• Track your team’s targets/budgets and implement necessary adjustments against the plan versus actual, including client-specific presentations of monthly financials and key financial indicators.
• Manage close timelines and ensure timely communication if deadlines are at risk of being missed.
• Collaborate with the Business Accounting teams and internal partners to address and resolve issues.
• Oversee multiple partners and take responsibility for supporting metrics reporting for significant processes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external auditors, leading the annual audit process to a successful and timely conclusion.
• Work together with the Sales function to ensure that the General Ledger accurately reflects SaaS-specific metrics (such as Deferred Revenue, ARR, CAC, LTV, Gross Margin, etc.).
• People Management – act as a people manager involved in recruitment, structured learning paths, and operations coaching for the team.
• CA qualified/CA Inter + MBA in Finance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage discussions with both team members and clients.
• Knowledge of Macros/VBA is an added advantage.
• Experience: 5–8 years of post-qualification experience, ideally in a high-growth SaaS or tech environment.
• Technical Expertise: Demonstrated experience in preparing multi-entity consolidated financial statements.
• Systems: Advanced skills in Excel and experience with modern ERPs (such as NetSuite, Xero, or Sage Intacct).
