📋 Description

• Inspire and lead a team of Market Managers and Market Associates

• Collaborate closely with the Country Manager to implement strategic plans for the country

• Develop and execute territory-specific strategies for acquisition, optimization, and host quality

• Innovate boldly to discover new supply sources

• Work collaboratively across various departments including Supply Leadership and Marketing

• Oversee and manage business performance to ensure markets achieve KPIs

• Recognize and analyze market trends and opportunities

• Mentor and nurture talent, fostering a high-performing team culture

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 14 years of experience in global operations, business development, or marketplace management

• More than 5 years in a leadership role with experience in managing and scaling teams

• In-depth knowledge of the MexicoCCA travel and hospitality market

• A blend of operational, commercial, public speaking, and marketing capabilities

• A bold, empathetic, and action-driven leader

• Strong analytical and strategic mindset

• Demonstrated ability to influence product, policy, and cross-functional teams

• Proficient in utilizing tools and analytics for performance assessment

• Renowned for fostering a positive, motivated, and inclusive team environment

• Acknowledged as a trusted leader who provides clear guidance and constructive feedback

• Highly organized and skilled in managing multiple initiatives concurrently
