Senior Manager – Facilities & Maintenance Startup Implementation

📋 Description

• Supervise the initiation of facility operations

• Oversee relationships with vendors

• Manage the installation of automation systems

• Provide training for maintenance leadership

• Implement initiatives aimed at cost reduction

• Evaluate performance metrics to facilitate enhancements

• Recognize and address risks involved in startup projects

• Offer leadership resources to assist underperforming sites

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Industrial Engineering is preferred

• H.S. Diploma/GED is mandatory

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in facilities leadership, engineering support, or maintenance operations is required
