Senior Manager – Enterprise Risk & Compliance

📋 Description

• Design, manage, and improve the risk and compliance framework.

• Identify, evaluate, monitor, and report on risks and compliance responsibilities.

• Establish strategy for the risk and control environment.

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with program, clinical, analytics, legal, and technology teams.

• Develop and guide colleagues in governance, risk management, and compliance practices.

• Maintain a comprehensive enterprise repository of HEAT-related risk assessments and compliance documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8-10 years of relevant professional experience.

• Expertise in risk and compliance within a complex, regulated healthcare environment.

• Experience in health equity and social determinants of health (SDOH).

• Strong executive communication and storytelling skills.

• Proven operational discipline and documentation rigor.

• Skills in leadership and stakeholder management.
