Grants and Compliance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary contact for global grant financial management and compliance matters.

• Assist in the development, review, and approval of agreements at both the CRS and sub-recipient levels.

• Provide support for the prompt evaluation of partner financial capabilities.

• Create and uphold a system for tracking reports and communications.

• Generate financial reports within CRS financial systems.

• Oversee the preparation of financial reports for donors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• At least three years of progressive experience in grants management.

• Proven experience in finance and program management.

• Experience in establishing and monitoring complex budgets.

• Proficiency in both English and French is required.
