Senior Manager, End User Lifecycle Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Management of End User Software Licensing, True-Ups & License Oversight

• Take charge of the operational governance for licensing initiatives (such as enterprise agreements and associated subscriptions)

• Spearhead the true-up/true-down procedure: involving data collection, reconciliation, internal approvals, and readiness for submission

• Ensure an accurate license status by collaborating with SAM/ITAM, endpoint engineering, identity teams, and Finance

• Develop and oversee license management procedures

• Generate regular reports on license usage, compliance risks, and opportunities for optimization

• Tenant Management Oversight

• Provide oversight and governance for the management of Microsoft tenants

• Oversee PC procurement operations: including demand planning inputs, ordering workflows, vendor coordination, and tracking from purchase to receipt

• Lead asset tracking and lifecycle management

• Manage logistical deployments (new hire kits, break/fix replacements)

• Oversee vendor performance for Microsoft licensing partners

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in at least two of the following domains: Microsoft licensing/SAM, IT asset management, endpoint/desktop operations, procurement operations, or IT service management

• Proficient understanding of Microsoft licensing concepts (subscriptions versus enterprise agreements, compliance, and true-ups)

• Proven experience in managing operational processes with robust controls (approvals, audit trails, and documentation)

• Background in endpoint lifecycle operations (procurement, inventory management, deployment logistics, and depot/warehouse operations)

• Strong skills in vendor management, stakeholder engagement, and communication

• Advanced proficiency in Excel and analytics
