Senior Manager, Technology Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance Venture for Canada's technology strategy and SaaS ecosystem.

• Create, develop, and deploy automations and integrations.

• Oversee cross-functional technology projects from the planning stage to execution.

• Manage cybersecurity across all systems.

• Lead and mentor the IT Help Desk & CRM Coordinator.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in the field of information technology.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional technology implementations and system rollouts.

• Experience in managing and optimizing modern SaaS ecosystems, specifically including HubSpot administration.

• A solid technical foundation in organizational IT, with a focus on cybersecurity.

• Familiarity with the application of AI tools, automations, and emerging technologies.
