Senior Manager, Enablement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the learning and quality architecture at Honeydew from the very beginning.

• Develop and expand a well-structured onboarding academy along with a continuous skill-development curriculum.

• Create and manage a Quality Assurance (QA) framework that includes clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

• Collaborate with Care Coordination leadership to identify frontline feedback and training requirements.

• Establish the systems and dashboards necessary for the proactive detection of quality and performance issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in learning & development, quality assurance, or workforce performance leadership.

• Proven track record of building structured programs from inception.

• Experience in leading or designing QA frameworks with quantifiable KPIs, and linking training initiatives to performance results.

• Experience in managing teams or senior individual contributors.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis and comfort in creating or interpreting performance dashboards.
