Senior Manager, Digital Services Financial Operations – Center of Excellence

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• accountable for establishing the Digital Financial Operations (FinOps) function

• developing the operational model, standards, and rhythm necessary for delivering precise, timely, and decision-ready financial insights

• oversee a team of 3–5 junior members located in the U.S. and India

• collaborate with Digital Operations leadership to enhance automation and standardization in financial reporting and planning processes

• assemble a team to assist with content creation, quarterly forecasting, annual planning processes, and sales for key stakeholders

• prepare materials for the regular business cadence for Digital leadership and the executive audience

• manage the quarterly forecast cycle and annual budget process in partnership with Capability, Industry, and Regional Operations Business Partners

• supervise the preparation of regular and ad-hoc analyses on key performance indicators, interpreting metrics within the context of targets and forecasts

• responsible for sales reporting, establishing sales targets, monitoring performance, and commissions

• enhance and maintain tools, models, and reporting infrastructure

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting

• over 8 years of experience in FP&A, operational finance, or similar roles

• previous experience in professional services, consulting, or technology services

• demonstrated experience leading early-career, distributed teams, including offshore resources

• advanced proficiency in Excel

• familiarity with enterprise planning, reporting, or BI tools (Workday, Adaptive, Power BI preferred)
