This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Take charge of Signify’s scheduling and fulfillment product roadmap.
• Create intelligent fulfillment and scheduling products that align member needs with clinician availability.
• Establish and implement the product strategy for matching members with providers and scheduling appointments.
• Manage appointment fulfillment and impact day-of execution activities such as rescheduling, cancellations, no-shows, and last-minute adjustments.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and operations teams to develop scheduling logic.
• Articulate complex ideas to persuade peers and stakeholders.
• Anticipate user or business requirements and propose innovative solutions.
• Formulate a clear vision along with a short-term and long-term roadmap that includes value definitions.
• Observe and interview users to gather and synthesize feedback into clear problem statements.
• Coordinate dependencies, share timelines, and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Establish and track KPIs for scheduling fill rates, completed visit rates, among others.
• Have a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare industry and its key trends.
• A bachelor's degree is required.
• Seven or more years of professional experience, including at least five years in product management.
• Proven capability to evaluate complex technical architectures, identify system bottlenecks, and successfully launch simplified, scalable product experiences that enhance operational efficiency or customer satisfaction.
• A strong history of delivering products and ensuring customer success.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in conducting user research, field observations, or interviews to develop structured problem statements, user personas, and journey maps that effectively justify and prioritize product backlog features.
• Proficient in collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data from various sources to inform conclusions and recommendations.
• Experience in ambiguous, fast-paced, or '0-to-1' product environments, with a successful record of establishing product processes, setting KPIs, and driving delivery with minimal supervision.
