This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish, implement, and enhance data-driven personalization strategies across various digital platforms.
• Recognize significant guest opportunities on the website and app, converting them into actionable personalization use cases.
• Improve product discovery features, such as on-site search, filtering systems, personalization, and recommendations.
• Propel revenue growth by increasing revenue per visit and enhancing conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Customer Marketing to outline the personalization roadmap, prioritize guest segments, journeys, and use cases.
• Manage the Product Discovery testing roadmap and cultivate partner relationships.
• Work in conjunction with Analytics, Product, UX, Creative, and Technology teams.
• Act as a subject matter expert and provide mentorship to the Site Merchandising team.
• Lead the personalization strategy within Digital Merchandising.
• Oversee measurement best practices, dashboards, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Evaluate user behavior, campaign effectiveness, and site analytics.
• Assist in testing, measurement, learning, and ongoing optimization efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging practices in personalization and digital merchandising.
• Drive intricate cross-functional initiatives.
• Supervise and nurture a team of two Senior Analysts.
• Profound understanding of digital personalization practices, technologies, and methodologies, including A/B testing for omnichannel businesses.
• Strong data-driven mindset with a proven history of analyzing complex datasets and translating insights into actionable strategies.
• Ability to think strategically, create scalable roadmaps, and collaborate with Product/Technology teams and vendors.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and project management capabilities.
• Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), customer ID, and personalization is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, analytics, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of experience in digital merchandising, personalization, e-commerce, or related areas.
• At least 2 years of experience in a strategy, ownership, or leadership role.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
