
Senior Manager, Demand Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Guide, mentor, and nurture a team of demand marketers, ensuring effective execution, professional development, and alignment with business objectives.
• Establish clear priorities, performance expectations, and key performance indicators related to pipeline, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
• Contribute to the demand marketing strategy and spearhead the execution of integrated programs that enhance awareness, engagement, and pipeline.
• Supervise the creation and implementation of multi-channel campaigns across owned, paid, and earned media.
• Foster consistency and scalability in campaign planning, execution, and optimization processes.
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM partners to synchronize campaigns with sales priorities and enhance lead handoff and follow-up procedures.
• Work with Revenue, Sales, and Marketing Operations to facilitate pipeline generation, health monitoring, and tracking.
• Manage campaign performance monitoring, pipeline contributions, and engagement metrics.
• Assist the team in analyzing outcomes and providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Enhance operational efficiency, campaign processes, and pipeline hygiene.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in demand marketing, campaign execution, growth marketing, or similar fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of leadership experience, with a proven history of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience in contributing to pipeline generation and achieving marketing performance outcomes.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and campaign analytics tools.
• Strong knowledge of demand marketing, campaign strategy, and multi-channel execution.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a team while meeting pipeline and performance objectives.
• Experience in implementing integrated marketing campaigns across owned, paid, and earned channels.
• Capable of leading thought leadership initiatives across content, events, speakers, and media.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in interpreting campaign performance and pipeline data.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
• Ability to operate strategically while maintaining focus on execution and attention to detail.
• Excellent prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
