Production Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish and enhance the positioning and messaging strategies for products.

• Spearhead the strategies for launching products, including new features and expansion efforts.

• Develop frameworks for messaging and initiatives for thought leadership.

• Produce sales enablement materials such as pitch decks, playbooks, and training resources.

• Formulate customer proof strategies, including case studies, ROI narratives, and testimonials.

• Perform competitive and market intelligence research across PRM, affiliate, and ecosystem platforms.

• Collaborate across functions with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Define and monitor Product Marketing performance metrics, including adoption rates, launch impact, win rates, and expansion metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS companies.

• Proven experience in building or leading Product Marketing in zero-to-one, early-stage, or high-growth settings.

• Significant expertise in product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Experience in leading product launches and initiatives for sales enablement.

• Familiarity with partner-led growth, PRM platforms, affiliate ecosystems, or related go-to-market technologies.

• Experience working collaboratively with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.

• Proficient in analyzing metrics such as adoption, attribution, win/loss analysis, and launch performance.
