This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist the HSOB Sales Team by organizing alumni meetings and presentations.
• Identify alumni or ambassadors to collaborate with CIEE staff in their school community to enhance their influence.
• Conduct weekly workshops to prepare alumni for presentations at schools.
• Facilitate communication between the CIEE sales team and alumni, including sharing ambassadors’ presentation slides with the sales team.
• Ensure that referral links are consistently available for use during in-school presentations.
• Oversee the Global Ambassador and Ambassador Abroad Programs.
• Aid in the creation, organization, and delivery of virtual training sessions for our ambassadors.
• Curate and distribute resources to support ambassadors effectively.
• Manage central communication with ambassadors via email, social media, and text messaging.
• Design and promote monthly referral and engagement contests and inform winners accordingly.
• Host monthly webinars featuring ambassadors.
• Initiate community engagement efforts targeting a broader alumni network and champions.
• Create and send out monthly newsletters to champions.
• Gather, package, and showcase alumni and champion stories through blogs, interviews, photo galleries, and podcasts to enhance CIEE’s content strategy and amplify alumni presence on social media and the web.
• Develop pre-packaged marketing materials that alumni and parents can personalize to advocate for CIEE programs and scholarships within their communities.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of the Global Navigator Virtual Fair, which includes setting up Zoom meetings, communicating with presenters, crafting promotional materials, and moderating discussion panels.
• Test in-person events to connect ambassadors, parents of alumni, or program leaders with local youth.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related discipline.
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with U.S. teenagers.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Familiarity with web-based applications for virtual events and project management/collaboration (e.g., Zoom, Asana, Teams, etc.).
• Experience in basic graphic design and proficiency in Adobe Software suite (notably, InDesign, Photoshop) or Canva.
• Basic video editing skills (iMovie, Premiere, Windows Movie Maker) are a plus.
• Capability to prioritize and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced work and market environment.
• Ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Optional/Plus: International experience is advantageous.
