Senior Manager, Demand Generation – Paid Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of paid media objectives, including lead volume, lead quality, pipeline, and cost efficiency throughout the entire funnel from click to closed-won.

• Develop and oversee paid strategies across search, social, display, programmatic, and third-party channels; consistently optimize campaigns to enhance conversion performance at all stages.

• Manage an annual paid media budget exceeding $10M; allocate expenditures across channels, collaborate with Finance on forecasting and reconciliation, and report on pipeline contribution, ROAS, CPL, and cost per opportunity.

• Oversee relationships with third-party vendors, including paid newsletters, content syndication, review websites and platforms, as well as lead and appointment generation programs—handling contract negotiations and performance assessments.

• Implement CRO strategies across landing pages, ad creatives, and lead capture mechanisms.

• Work in partnership with campaign, content, and product marketing teams to effectively amplify content across aligned paid channels.

• Lead and nurture a growing paid media team; provide mentorship, establish performance expectations, and cultivate a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in B2B paid media, with a proven record of driving pipeline in a SaaS or enterprise software setting.

• Direct experience managing significant paid media budgets with the ability to handle complex channel mix allocations.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Ads; familiarity with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Reddit, Meta, and programmatic/DSP platforms such as 6sense.

• Experience in managing paid programs on platforms like Reddit, G2, and various review sites, along with content syndication networks, and third-party lead and appointment generation initiatives.

• Proficient in Salesforce and Marketo for attribution and reporting; basic understanding of landing page and personalization tools such as Instapage or Mutiny.

• Strong analytical skills with a history of converting performance data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

• Knowledge of generative engine optimization (GEO) and the impact of AI-driven search on paid media strategies.

• Experience in managing vendor relationships, negotiating media contracts, and marketing a multi-brand or multi-product portfolio.

• Prior experience in building or scaling a paid media team.
