• Oversee intricate client projects to achieve measurable operational results through process redesign.
• Take ownership of delivery relationships with client business leaders and project sponsors.
• Conduct comprehensive process assessments, current-state analysis, documentation, and future-state redesign across various functional areas.
• Create detailed delivery work plans and inventories of necessary deliverables in collaboration with Engagement and Project Managers.
• Utilize Argano's LIFT delivery methodology and customize strategies to fit client needs.
• Facilitate blueprint sessions, design workshops, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Manage multiple concurrent client projects while ensuring quality, efficiency, and client trust.
• Recognize process fragmentation, handoff failures, redundancies, and control gaps throughout the value chain.
• Compare processes against industry best practices and established frameworks.
• Create process maps, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), RACI frameworks, handoff protocols, and governance structures.
• Direct supply chain and decision analysis across planning, logistics, distribution, and fulfillment processes.
• Support statistical analysis, financial modeling, process optimization, and investment-case development.
• Establish prioritized roadmaps for process improvements.
• Design governance frameworks and operational models to maintain enhancements.
• Use analytics and business intelligence tools to generate insights and performance benchmarks.
• Contribute to the development of Argano's methodologies, tools, and accelerators for process improvement.
• Lead practice capabilities, mentor junior consultants and analysts, and engage in thought leadership initiatives.
• Foster client relationships, identify opportunities for growth, and assist in proposals and business development efforts.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in process improvement, management consulting, or operational leadership positions, demonstrating expertise across multiple business functions.
• Proven track record in leading end-to-end process assessments and redesign projects.
• Experience in a managerial role or higher within an operational setting, or equivalent experience as a process improvement or management consultant.
• Extensive knowledge and proven success in at least two functional process areas, such as Order to Cash (O2C), Procure to Pay (P2P), Sales & Operations Planning/Integrated Business Planning (S&OP/IBP), Record to Report (R2R), Hire to Retire (H2R), or supply chain execution.
• Experience in facilitating cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders in Sales, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and/or HR.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams of four or more individuals.
• Strong analytical skills, including data analysis, process modeling, statistical analysis, and proficiency in business intelligence tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Python, SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Capability to clearly communicate complex, cross-functional process topics to executive, operational, and technical audiences.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred; degrees in business, operations, engineering, or finance are particularly relevant.
• Relevant certifications such as APICS CPIM, CSCP, Lean Six Sigma, or BPM Professional are advantageous.
• Experience supporting or collaborating on enterprise technology implementations is preferred.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, BPM, or similar methodologies is preferred.
• Experience with process mapping and mining tools like Signavio, Celonis, Visio, or Lucidchart is preferred.
• Knowledge of process reference frameworks such as APQC PCF, SCOR, or DCOR is preferred.
• Experience in developing investment business cases that include quantified ROI, value-at-stake, and sensitivity analysis is preferred.
• Background in working across various industries is preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% to client sites.
