Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Plan, prioritize, coordinate, and oversee departmental activities to guarantee precise, prompt, and efficient service delivery.

• Manage, train, and assess staff to achieve and uphold departmental standards.

• Create and implement programs that align with business requirements.

• Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with Line of Business counterparts.

• Offer business partners and key executives insights from a customer perspective.

• Ensure timely responses to intricate business challenges and opportunities.

• Propose and execute procedural and systems modifications to enhance service quality for both internal and external customers.

• Lead division projects from conception through to completion.

• Facilitate changes in processes, procedures, and systems within the business unit.

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support the enterprise and division's Mission, Vision, Values, and Goals.

• Prioritize, assign, and allocate work appropriately while fostering the skills of team members.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

• At least 3 years of management experience, encompassing responsibilities for hiring, training, delegating tasks, and managing the performance of direct reports.

• Understanding of quality performance monitoring and improvement techniques.

• Proven ability to analyze work processes and implement necessary changes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.

• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.

• For remote or hybrid positions, a high level of engagement in virtual settings, including maintaining camera presence during meetings.

• Must adhere to Information Security and Privacy Policies when accessing sensitive personal information.
