Senior Manager, Data Science – Online

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Offer leadership, guidance, and coaching to team members while assessing their performance, execution, and contributions.

• Assist the Data Science Director in creating a clear vision for the team and enhancing influence with business partners.

• Attract, retain, and nurture top talent to form effective, high-performing teams.

• Propel the team's results and acknowledge achievements.

• Oversee team programs to ensure consistent execution, resource balance, and high-quality solutions.

• Utilize extensive business knowledge and relationships to identify new opportunities for leveraging data science.

• Collaborate with other data science managers within the organization to spearhead the development of high-level strategies and optimize talent management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 11 years of experience in business intelligence and analytics.

• Proven expertise in predictive modeling, data mining, and data analysis.

• Skilled in managing and mentoring team members within a professional environment.

• Demonstrated ability to translate high-level strategies into tactical execution.

• Proficient in running queries against data, preferably using Google BigQuery or SQL.

• Experienced with data visualization tools, ideally Tableau.

• Knowledgeable in Prescriptive Modeling techniques such as optimization, computer vision, recommendation systems, search, or NLP.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.
