Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Define and implement a comprehensive analytics vision that aligns with client engagement, media performance, and marketing measurement goals.

• Promote a data-centric culture by integrating analytics into strategic planning, campaign enhancement, and decision-making processes.

• Lead the creation and execution of measurement frameworks customized to meet each client’s objectives, ensuring they align with business targets.

• Convert data into actionable insights by pinpointing performance drivers, addressing discrepancies, and crafting persuasive narratives that illustrate media impact.

• Establish and uphold strong testing frameworks that are statistically sound and operationally scalable.

• Foster confidence and consensus by delivering actionable insights grounded in analytics, business strategy, and effective communication.

• Offer business insights as a key contributor in the development of standardized dashboards and advanced analytics to assess campaign effectiveness.

• Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to uncover trends, opportunities, and risks related to client behavior and retention.

• Apply advanced analytics to measure marketing impact and ROI, collaborating cross-functionally to identify and resolve performance irregularities.

• Execute robust A/B and multivariate testing and experimentation protocols to enhance campaigns and maximize their impact.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s degree in Analytics, Management Science, MIS, or a related quantitative field.

• Over 8 years of experience in analytics, marketing measurement, and campaign optimization, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.

• Proficiency in advanced analytics and Business Intelligence tools.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and scaling experiments within a digital context.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing senior stakeholders and clients.
