This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and cultivate a team of Data Scientists and Analysts who support Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience initiatives.
• Direct efforts in behavioral analytics, customer segmentation, experimentation, and product performance measurement, aiding teams in comprehending customer behavior, assessing product effectiveness, and prioritizing roadmap investments.
• Create and sustain revenue forecasts, churn models, customer health scores, and scoring models for accounts or opportunities utilized throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with our data engineering team to manage our internal data analytics platform, Smarty, facilitating self-service data access and analytical capabilities.
• Establish standards and best practices for analytics and data science while enhancing operational frameworks to promote efficiency and scalability within the team.
• Over 7 years of experience in Data Science, Analytics, Product Analytics, or a related quantitative discipline, with a proven track record of leading and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Strong proficiency in experimentation, forecasting, statistical analysis, and product or business analytics.
• Advanced skills in SQL and familiarity with Python or similar analytical tools.
• Experience in defining metrics, measurement frameworks, and analytical methodologies that facilitate product, growth, and business decision-making.
• Proven ability to collaborate with senior leadership, influence strategic direction, and convey complex insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Capable of balancing strategic leadership with hands-on analytical tasks as necessary.
• Familiarity with modern analytics platforms and data warehouses, including Snowflake, dbt, and product analytics tools.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, PLG, or subscription-based business models is preferred.
• Located in the Americas, with a remote-friendly work environment.
