This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +20 more states.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end implementation, account management, and customer success for partner accounts, with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes within designated partnerships.
• Lead internal implementation initiatives, collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders in Product, Member Marketing, and Clinical Operations.
• Promote and enhance awareness of Oshi Health among designated accounts, ensuring that prospective members are well-informed about the GI solutions available within their benefit framework.
• Extract and analyze key performance metrics from internal Oshi Health systems to showcase success stories and communicate performance effectively to clients.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for customers, emphasizing value and fostering ongoing growth of accounts.
• Persuade key stakeholders through clear and confident external communication and alignment across functions.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience following graduation, demonstrating growth in your career.
• Documented experience in a client-facing position, with the ability to lead external discussions and influence key stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capabilities, with practical experience in extracting data and crafting narratives through data storytelling.
• Excellent coordination across functions — detail-oriented, organized, and a proficient communicator.
• Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 based on experience, along with significant equity.
