This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Take charge of the planning and execution of the company's webinar and CLE program from the initial concept to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with business leaders and subject matter experts to pinpoint timely and relevant topics for webinars and CLE that align with client interests and business objectives.
• Work with presenters to develop, refine, and organize presentation materials for improved clarity, quality, and audience engagement.
• Oversee all event logistics, including timelines, registrations, speaker coordination, rehearsal scheduling, attendee communications, polling/Q&A setup, and production oversight on the day of the event.
• Drive post-event marketing efforts, including on-demand promotion, nurturing workflows, reporting, and repurposing of content.
• Track the performance of the webinar and CLE program, focusing on MQL generation, pipeline contribution, engagement metrics, and ongoing optimization.
• Ensure that continuing education accreditation requirements and documentation processes are completed accurately and punctually.
• Act as a strategic marketing partner for key customer-facing initiatives, such as the Client Advisory Board, executive roundtables, client programs, targeted account-based campaigns, direct mail/gifting initiatives, and other efforts aimed at enhancing customer engagement and supporting business growth.
• Assist in customer-facing marketing initiatives aimed at improving client engagement, retention, and relationship development.
• Collaborate across departments with business development, sales, digital marketing, and subject matter experts to align customer programs with broader business goals.
• Work with digital and operations teams to ensure effective integration of webinar, CLE, and customer marketing campaigns into marketing automation and CRM systems.
• Uphold high standards for quality assurance, accuracy, and brand consistency throughout all program materials and communications.
• Over 7 years of experience in marketing programs, field marketing, demand generation, webinar marketing, or similar roles.
• Proven experience in managing webinar and/or CLE programs from strategy development through execution and reporting.
• Experience in collaborating closely with subject matter experts to create and refine presentation content.
• Familiarity with webinar platforms such as ON24, Cvent, Zoom Webinar, GoTo Webinar, Webex, or equivalent tools.
• Proficient in marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Experience in working with website CMS platforms and project management systems (Monday.com, Wrike, Asana).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple complex initiatives simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven capability to foster collaborative relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and customer focus.
• Experience in professional services, legal, consulting, or B2B services industries is highly preferred.
