Senior Manager, Creative Design

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and uphold a unified visual identity and design system throughout our entire digital landscape.

• Convert comprehensive digital strategies and roadmaps into captivating, user-focused design implementations.

• Serve as the main steward of digital design excellence and brand uniformity.

• Cultivate an innovative culture and act as a thought leader in design methodologies.

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Content Strategists, and Marketing teams.

• Leverage data, user insights, and usability testing to refine and improve designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in digital design.

• A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or managerial position guiding creative teams.

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is mandatory.

• Extensive knowledge of modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Claude Code, Windsurf).

• Strong comprehension of how design translates into front-end code (HTML/CSS/JS concepts).

• Outstanding communication and storytelling abilities.
