This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as a vital operational collaborator with the Head of Compliance, Americas, assisting in the implementation of strategic objectives and critical program initiatives.
• Aid in the daily operations and ongoing enhancement of the North America Compliance Program, ensuring it meets the standards set by OIG, DOJ, and industry norms.
• Oversee and improve compliance infrastructure, including policies, procedures, training documentation, risk assessments, monitoring strategies, governance materials, and documentation storage.
• Organize compliance governance efforts, such as committee meetings, leadership reporting, and monitoring action items and remediation steps.
• Lead or assist in cross-departmental projects, business initiatives, system rollouts, and organizational changes to ensure that suitable compliance controls are integrated.
• Discover opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, scalability, and uniformity across compliance processes, systems, and tools.
• Spearhead the creation and upkeep of compliance dashboards, reporting, and analytics that yield valuable insights into program effectiveness and emerging risks.
• Evaluate data from key business operations and compliance systems to pinpoint trends, irregularities, and proactive risk management opportunities.
• Assist in compliance monitoring, auditing, investigations, and risk assessments through data analysis and reporting.
• Collaborate with Compliance leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to convert data into actionable insights and informed decision-making.
• Continuously improve analytics capabilities, monitoring approaches, and reporting tools to support a contemporary, risk-oriented compliance program.
• Aid in the execution of risk-based monitoring and auditing activities across commercial, medical, patient support, and other business divisions.
• Monitor remediation efforts and ensure the prompt resolution of identified compliance risks and control deficiencies.
• Bachelor’s degree with over 7 years of experience or 5+ years of experience with a Master's degree.
• An advanced degree or compliance certification (CHC, CCEP, JD, MBA, etc.) is preferred.
• Proficient computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), SmartSheet, Tableau, Visio, Internet).
• Experience with systems and platforms such as Power BI, Excel, Concur, SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar tools is preferred.
• At least 7 years of experience in healthcare compliance, compliance operations, compliance analytics, audit, investigations, or related roles within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or life sciences sector.
• Strong comprehension of pharmaceutical compliance regulations, including the Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, FDA promotional guidelines, PhRMA Code, and OIG Compliance Program Guidance.
• Proven experience in developing and utilizing compliance analytics, dashboards, monitoring tools, and risk-based reporting.
• Experience in supporting compliance monitoring, auditing, investigations, or operational risk management processes.
