This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Gather, organize, and sustain data for worldwide pharmaceutical market initiatives that support the Hard Empty Capsules sector.
• Create and oversee databases for the Health Ingredients portfolio, encompassing UC-II product-related details and competitive intelligence information.
• Evaluate intricate datasets and convert information into significant, actionable business insights for product management and leadership teams.
• Collaborate with Market Intelligence, Sales, Strategy, Finance, R&D, Quality, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Operations, and external intelligence partners to collect and verify data.
• Assist in the creation and upkeep of product, market, competitor, and packaging databases to enhance business visibility and facilitate decision-making.
• Generate reports, dashboards, presentations, and analytical summaries utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytical tools.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data across various information sources and business systems.
• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to manage large datasets and translate information into impactful business insights.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, Python, or R is considered a plus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with business-level proficiency.
