This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with trading partners to gain insights into business and data integration needs during the implementation and onboarding phases.
• Examine incoming customer data and conduct gap analysis to pinpoint discrepancies, absent information, and areas for enhancement.
• Set up and execute customer integrations utilizing established proprietary data mapping and transformation guidelines.
• Relay integration specifications to customers and business partners, suggesting improvements to file formats, naming conventions, and data structures as necessary.
• Work closely with Software Development and Product teams to assist in enhancing existing integrations and introducing new functionalities.
• Verify imported data to guarantee accuracy, completeness, and effective processing.
• Oversee daily automated data integrations involving over 460 business partners, proactively detecting and resolving data-related issues.
• Investigate and troubleshoot data integration failures, collaborating directly with internal teams and external partners to ensure prompt resolution.
• Address internal and external customer inquiries regarding data transformation, file processing, and integration workflows.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and support requests while adhering to established business timelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing integration processes, data quality, and the customer experience.
• A minimum of 1 year of experience in data integration, implementation, onboarding, technical support, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with structured data formats, including:
• XML
• CSV
• Text files
• Microsoft Excel (.xlsx)
• Experience in transferring files using managed file transfer (MFT), SFTP, FTP, or similar technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to identify data quality challenges and propose solutions.
• Experience engaging directly with trading partners in a client-facing capacity.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet competing deadlines.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the foodservice, food distribution, hospitality, or supply chain sectors.
• Background in a SaaS or third-party service provider setting.
• Understanding of data mapping, ETL processes, or data transformation principles.
• Familiarity with SQL or database querying is advantageous.
• Experience supporting ERP, procurement, or supply chain applications is preferred.
• Exposure to APIs or electronic data interchange (EDI) is a plus.
