This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.
• Take charge of preparing the global survey dataset by integrating HR system (Workday) data with individually gathered office submissions.
• Consistently apply business rules and reconcile records across all data sources.
• Deliver a single, validated dataset to the survey vendor on time, ensuring all quality checks are completed.
• Manage the collection of employee data from offices that do not utilize the HR system (Workday).
• Collaborate with global HR contacts to guarantee timely and accurate submissions.
• Validate the received data against established quality standards and proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for data during the live survey period.
• Address participant data queries and escalate any systemic issues to the Our Voice programme lead.
• Process demographic corrections post-survey to maintain year-on-year trend consistency.
• Update managerial and reporting line data in preparation for results release.
• Resolve any ad-hoc data issues as they arise.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data, or a related field; or equivalent qualification or experience.
• Proficient in advanced Excel: including lookups (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH), pivot tables, conditional formatting, and handling duplicates.
• Comfortable working with large datasets (30,000+ rows).
• Experience conducting structured data quality checks across various sources.
• Ability to work independently utilizing detailed process documentation and recorded handover materials.
• Comfortable reading and interpreting structured HR or employee data.
• Required Language: English.
