This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Responsible for driving business development and generating leads to secure new customers and expand accounts in the Eastern US through both business and government sales.
• Consistently achieving outstanding conversion rates on leads generated through marketing initiatives and SDR efforts.
• Prioritizing existing accounts to enhance them, concentrating on developing recurring revenue streams.
• Establishing strong relationships with key accounts and strategic customers.
• Meeting key performance metrics related to input activities, conversion rates, and revenue on a consistent basis.
• Collaborating closely with stakeholders from various teams, including customer success, marketing, and product, to drive results.
• Utilizing available sales tools to enhance efficiency.
• Maintaining strong adherence to the sales process and effective use of CRM systems.
• Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales experience is required, preferably within the EdTech and HR tech sectors.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• High energy level with a dynamic, fast-paced personality.
• Driven by the achievement of goals and performance metrics.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• The compensation for this role is $140,000 OTE ($85,000 base salary + $55,000 variable commission), based on the individual's experience and skills.
