This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the internal pricing administration process, which encompasses updates to price lists for new products and ongoing maintenance, contract price loading, and pricing validation across various systems.
• Oversee pricing data management within Salesforce, NetSuite, and other pricing tools, ensuring both consistency and accuracy.
• Assist in the review and approval of special pricing requests and discount structures, adhering to the sales team's pricing approval matrix.
• Maintain internal pricing tables and discount frameworks utilized by the Sales and Finance departments.
• Track pricing discrepancies and resolve issues in collaboration with Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Service, Business Intelligence, and Finance teams.
• Lead the pricing contract lifecycle process, including rebate and contract verification, amendments, and updates across Enable, Salesforce, and NetSuite.
• Serve as a liaison between Sales, Sales Operations, and Accounts Receivable to guarantee precise rebate calculations and timely payments.
• Validate rebate eligibility, monitor rebate accruals, and assist with reconciliation processes.
• Maintain contract membership data, such as hospital systems and GPO participation.
• Coordinate updates to contract pricing with internal stakeholders.
• Manage the validation and dissemination of customer-facing reports, including utilization reports, rebate reports, and contract performance summaries.
• Ensure accuracy of data between internal systems and customer reporting outputs.
• Investigate discrepancies between internal sales data and customer-submitted utilization reports.
• Collaborate with Sales and Finance to address customer reporting inquiries and audit requests.
• Work alongside Sales Operations and Business Intelligence to develop a pricing and contract dashboard for Sales leadership visibility.
• Provide analytics on pricing performance, rebate/discount trends, and contract utilization.
• Deliver data-driven insights to Sales leadership to guide pricing decisions and contract negotiations.
• Monitor pricing KPIs and communicate insights to commercial leadership.
• Act as the commercial operations project manager, leading the implementation of a quoting platform (CPQ or other) within Salesforce.
• Define and translate business requirements for pricing rules, approval workflows, contract price logic, and quoting processes.
• Support the testing, rollout, and adoption of quoting tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams and consultants to enhance quote-to-cash workflow efficiency.
• Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for pricing and contract administration.
• Identify opportunities to optimize pricing workflows and minimize manual processes.
• Enhance visibility and governance surrounding pricing approvals and contract compliance.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in pricing, contracts, commercial operations, or revenue operations.
• Background in the medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Experience in supporting pricing administration, contract pricing, or rebate processes.
• Knowledge of GPO contracts, hospital pricing, rebates, and distributor pricing.
• Experience in supporting customer reporting and ensuring contract compliance.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience working with commercial data.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and advanced Excel.
• A competitive base salary range of $145,000 - $175,000 along with a variable incentive plan.
