This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.
• Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial Operations for Japan and Korea
• Accountable for aligning sales efforts, ensuring commercial excellence, and enhancing organizational capabilities across Japan and APAC’s direct markets
• Work in partnership with regional and country leadership to formulate, coordinate, and expand commercialization strategies
• Provide support for key sales roles and initiatives, build global customer reference sites, and oversee strategic projects
• Collaborate with customers, executives, and commercial teams to foster teamwork, organization, and leadership
• At least 10 years of experience in medical sales and marketing, ideally with familiarity in the operating room setting
• Over 5 years of experience in commercial leadership or management roles
• Capable of effectively implementing clinical and capital sales processes
• Demonstrates a clear ability to work efficiently across diverse functions and business units
• Proven track record of inspiring and influencing various teams and cultures
• Significant experience in presenting and defending evidence to internal and external C-Suite decision makers
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel extensively (up to 70+%)
• A minimum of a BS/BA Degree is required
• A Master’s Degree is preferred
